TATTOO/PMU POLICIES:
(Please read before booking a tattoo or PMU)

• All tattoo appointments are request-based and will be reviewed before confirmation.
• Approvals can take up to two weeks. Please be patient! 
• You’ll receive a separate email once your request is approved. (Check your spam box!)
• You will be contacted if your appointment is denied- Therefore, if you do not receive a confirmation email, assume that you have an appointment- unless I directly reach out to you otherwise.
• A NON-REFUNDABLE deposit is required to hold your spot.
• Designs for tattoos are created the day of your appointment — no pre-draws.
• Be sure to select the correct session type based on tattoo size or PMU service.
• Please do not bring children to your tattoo or PMU appointment.
• You’ll be prompted to fill out an intake form during booking.
• By booking, you agree to these policies and understand that deposits are NON-REFUNDABLE.

PIERCING POLICIES:
(Please read before booking a piercing)

• All piercing appointments require a NON-REFUNDABLE deposit to hold your spot.
• All piercings are a $65 flat service fee. (Jewelry is NOT included and can range from $25-250+ depending on selection)
• Jewelry must be purchased separately at your appointment. We offer high-quality, body-safe options including implant-grade metals.
• Please arrive on time. Late arrivals may need to be rescheduled and your deposit may be forfeited.
• Proper ID is required for all appointments.
• Not all piercings are suitable for every anatomy. Your piercer may decline a piercing if it is unsafe or not recommended.
• You’ll be prompted to fill out an intake form during booking.
• By booking, you agree to these policies and understand that deposits are NON-REFUNDABLE.

• Wednesday: 5:00 PM – 8:00 PM (Appointment Only)
• Thursday: 5:00 PM – 8:00 PM (Appointment & Walk-ins)
• Friday: 5:00 PM – 8:00 PM (Appointment & Walk-ins)
• Saturday: 2:00PM - 5:00PM (Appointment Only)
• Sunday: 12:00 PM – 5:30 PM (Walk-ins Only - No Online Booking)
• Walk-ins are first come first serve- while availability lasts.

AGE & DEPOSIT POLICY:

• Clients 18 years or older may book with a valid government-issued photo ID.
• Clients under 18 must have a parent or legal guardian present for the entire appointment.
• The parent/guardian must bring:
• A valid photo ID / Proof of Guardianship
• Cancellations with less than 24 hours notice will result in forfeiting the deposit, and a new deposit will be required to book again
• Deposits are nonrefundable but transferable if you cancel or reschedule for a valid reason with at least 24 hours notice.
• No-shows will forfeit their deposit and must pay a new deposit to rebook.
